Staying here with the grandkids was fantastic! We enjoyed our time exploring the nearby Rialto Theatre, just a short drive away. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kids loved the big bathtub. Plus, having DirectTV made family movie nights a blast!
My kids wished for a bigger pool area for more fun.

Finding the regal inn after a desert ordeal was a blessing! The room held a charming desert decor, and the marble countertop in the bathroom felt luxurious. Smooth linen made for a comfortable night, though I did wish for more snack options in the mini bar.

Stranded and exhausted, discovering this inn was a miracle. The staff's kindness stood out, especially when they provided me with clothes. The room was well-decorated and comfortable, though the decor is a bit dated. Overall, the stay was a refreshing break in the desert.

We loved being just a 5-minute drive from Rialto Theatre. The spacious double room was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed a good night’s rest despite the surroundings.
My kids wished for cleaner rooms and better soundproofing. It would help families to have more attention to detail in housekeeping.

missingWrote a review on Oct 05spotless roomcomfort issuesdirty carpetrude staffpoor amenities
I checked into Oyo Hotel Tucson Downtown and immediately noticed issues. The room felt neglected. It had a dirty carpet and dusty surfaces. The noise from the highway kept me awake. it was hard to get any rest. The TV seemed tiny and awkwardly placed high up on the old armoire. Mirroring my frustration, I couldn’t find basic amenities like a side table or a proper chair. My phone was awkwardly on the floor. When I asked for clean towels, they refused, even with my dirty ones in hand. The real shock was when I had a visitor. The staff rudely informed me of their strict no-visitor policy. Instead of being accommodating, they yelled and threatened to call the police. I felt trapped in a frustrating situation where I had to tiptoe around the staff. I even lost my $100 deposit due to their poor handling of the situation. The lack of empathy was striking, making me feel unwelcome. For a fun desert getaway, I expected more from a hotel bearing your name.
